Hello, I'm Amelia aka The Reluctant Chef.  A strange name you might think, but it was born from a simple idea: not a reluctance to cook, but a reluctance to cook without purpose. I work with growers, farmers and producers who share my values, creating seasonal food that brings people together in a relaxed and generous way. Inspired by years of travel, life abroad and the incredible produce available here in the UK, and particularly my family farm's regenerative meat, every menu is thoughtfully created for the occasion, the season and the people around the table.
